INTERN - TICKET SALES & OPERATIONS FALL 2026

Unpaid/credit-only internship for the Fall 2026 Academic Year (September–December). Open to current college students only.

Schedule

• 10–15 hours per week
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays required
• Must attend 90 % of home games and all Railers HC events as requested

Responsibilities

• Assist staff with game-day activities
• Work select office hours during the week
• Gain experience in sales calls, CRM management, and ticket operations
• Report to the Manager of Ticket Sales
• May assist other departments: Marketing, Business Operations, Corporate Partnerships, Public/Community Relations, and Digital Media

Requirements

• Must receive college credit
• Available to work a minimum of 10+ hours per week, including nights and weekends
• Must have reliable transportation and live in Worcester or surrounding areas
• Strong verbal skills and ability to work in a dynamic, small-office environment
• Dependable, able to handle multiple tasks, and work long hours

Qualifications

• Pursuit of a degree in Sport Management, Marketing, and/or Business preferred
• Computer proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills and telephone etiquette
• Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of projects
• Basic understanding of making a sale
• Basic knowledge of ice hockey encouraged but not required
