Intern, Risk Advisory - Summer 2027, Cranberry Township, PA

We are seeking an intern to join our Risk Advisory team for the summer. The selected candidate will gain hands‑on experience performing client work for our Risk Advisory group’s financial institution clients, including community banks and credit unions. Internships run from June 2027 through August 2027. Snodgrass will work with you and your school on any academic‑credit documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal audit and regulatory compliance audit services, including fieldwork, for community financial institution clients.
• Accurately prepare a variety of reports in accordance with the firm’s established policies and procedures.
• Work in a hybrid environment, combining remote and in‑office work; be able to be in the office on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Internship to start after the candidate’s sophomore or junior year of school; candidates completing a master’s program will also be considered.
• GPA of 3.0 or greater is preferred.
• Availability to work approximately 32 hours per week (Monday through Thursday).
• Working towards a Bachelor’s degree required (accounting degree preferred; finance, business, and other fields will be considered, although certain accounting courses are required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel to clients.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized with good time‑management skills.

Schedule

• June 2027 – August 2027 (summer internship).
• Approximately 32 hours per week, Monday through Thursday.
• Hybrid work model: combination of remote and in‑office days.
