Essential Functions Support Quality Assurance with product and process quality activities for new and existing products.Collect, organize, and analyze quality data; support identification of trends, nonconformities, and opportunities for improvement.Help prepare and maintain quality documentation, including plans, Inspections.Participate in process audits, and continuous-improvement projects as assigned.Work collaboratively with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations to promote quality, safety, and on-time delivery. Skills and Competencies Basic understanding of quality principles, manufacturing processes, and engineering drawings.Ability to interpret technical documentation, dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Comfort using data to support decisions and continuous improvement.Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Education Degree: Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field, with a 3.0 GPA or higher. Minimum Year: Entering Junior Year.
