Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Cook up meetings, document meeting minutes, and track action items to completion.
  • Support project kickoffs, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
  • Help maintain project documentation, project trackers, and reporting dashboards.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Mind potential risks, issues, or roadblocks and update project status reports.
  • Support resource coordination across multiple teams and workstreams.
  • Participate in customer and internal stakeholder meetings.
  • Facilitate communication between business, technical, and operational teams.
  • Document requirements, decisions, and project outcomes to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and executive project updates.
  • Analyze project workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in documenting best practices, templates, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the project management organization.
  • Aid in project-related onboarding activities and implementation planning.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and feedback collection.
  • Help ensure successful project delivery by tracking customer commitments and internal deliverables.
  • Partner with Project Managers and business leaders to analyze project performance metrics.
  • Assist in developing project dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Support strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence and customer success.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong follow-through and accountability.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to identify challenges and recommend solutions.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong initiative and adaptability.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
