Intern Program Faculty Coach, PK-3 General Education Temporary, Non-tenured Track Position
About the role
The Placer County Office of Education (PCOE) hires temporary contractors to support, coach, and supervise teacher interns with embedded fieldwork as part of the PK-3 ECE Specialist Instruction and Education Specialist Mild to Moderate and Extensive Support Needs Intern Program.
Responsibilities
- Work with teacher interns to integrate course content into their teaching practices over two years.
- Direct and monitor teaching/learning effectiveness in Education Practicum Fieldwork & Supervision assignments.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Candidate must be available to coach in San Joaquin County.
- If hired, must provide proof of a valid California driver's license.
Pay
$3,300 per intern per year, all inclusive stipend. No additional stipend provided for equipment or mileage.
Schedule
Temporary non-tenured track position.
