Intern Pre Licensed Therapist
Description
Clarvida is seeking candidates for non-paid internship and practicum opportunities for first and second master's level students. These internships provide direct learning opportunities in the areas of psychotherapy, behavioral health, and case management, with the provision of individual therapy, early intervention, and psychoeducation services within a multidisciplinary team environment. Interns can earn academic credit while gaining practical experience, particularly those pursuing master’s degrees in social work or psychology.

Responsibilities
- Conduct initial behavioral health assessments and develop treatment plans for clients, noting their strengths, challenges, and support systems.
- Engage clients in the development of treatment plans and provide regular individual, family, and/or group counseling sessions.
- Regularly assess clients' strengths and mental health treatment needs.
Requirements
- Masters in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or other licensure eligible degree.
- Experience in mental health care, preferably in a national and reputable agency.
- Internship to hire opportunities available.
Benefits
- Part-time position, 20 hours per week.
- Flexible schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
