About the Internship
The Hanover's 10-week summer internship program (June – mid August) provides college students with the opportunity to work on critical business assignments, test skills, use academic knowledge, and match interests to a real job. Interns take on meaningful projects, work alongside industry talent, and are supported by leaders, managers, subject matter experts, and recent graduates.
Participants also engage in a cross-functional team building project focused on corporate philanthropy, attend weekly development workshops, and join social activities with other interns. The program recruits highly skilled students for potential future full-time employment upon graduation.
