About the role

The Personal Lines team seeks exceptional students for this internship, designed to foster personal and professional growth and open doors to future full-time employment opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret performance measures with business managers
  • Determine process performance requirements and appropriate measures under the guidance of the manager
  • Support the manager in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of processes
  • Resolve conflicts and assist in meeting people and skill requirements for processes
  • Conduct research on process performance reports both internally and externally to inform Process Leads
  • Understand the financial impact, skill set requirements, and legal and compliance issues for processes

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree or advanced degree program
  • Understands and demonstrates the importance of cooperative relationships across organizational levels
  • Possesses foundational knowledge within the discipline supported
  • Displays strong communication and analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Able to commit to a full-time 10-week internship program
  • Willingness to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship

Pay

The target hiring range for this role may vary based on geographic location and other factors, including merit or performance, demonstrated proficiency, skills for the role, education, travel requirements, and experience. Additional compensation may include an annual bonus (which could take the form of a general bonus, sales incentive, or short-term incentive), long-term incentive or spot recognition awards.

Schedule

This is a full-time 10-week internship program running from June to mid-August.
