Position Summary: Inter Miami CF is looking for an Intern, Operations support the daily activities required to operate, maintain and service the stadium, training facility and events. This is a paid, part-time internship within our Number 10 Internship program for the 2027 Sprint Season cohort. Responsibilities Assist with stadium and training facility set up and breakdown. Assist with any team operational requests or needs.Assist with facility upkeepWork flexible and varied hours as scheduled, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Participate in periodic facility walk throughs. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Requirements Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Sports Management, or a related field, or recently graduated from a related programSelf-starter who is able to multi-task, learn quickly and work independently and within a teamAbility to work non-traditional hours and in various settingsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentPrior operations, events, or hospitality experience is a plus. Bilingual (English and Spanish) fluency is a plus Passion for fútbol is a plus All applicants must pass a pre-employment background check.
