About the role

We are looking to add an enthusiastic, motivated Operations Intern to the team. As an Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a data management project regarding city, county, and state governments’ procurement departments.

Responsibilities

• Gathering information via Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
• Compiling contracts into accessible data, based on the team’s current strategies.
• Working alongside regional business development directors to review information and develop new business strategies.
• Participating in corporate calls to walk through stages of our sales cycle in order to develop knowledge about our business development processes, pipeline management, and proforma development.

Requirements

• Major or majoring in Business or related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role (nice-to-have).

Pay

$15 an hour
