Role Overview

This position provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse for a specific group of patients to promote quality outcomes. It involves patient assessment, contributing to and implementing care plans, and evaluating patient progress.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and support care planning under RN guidance
• Implement and evaluate care plans in collaboration with nursing staff
• Assist with patient care and contribute to healthcare delivery improvements
• Participate in educational activities to enhance clinical knowledge and leadership skills
• Complete assigned goals and contribute to a team environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of a registered nursing program, awaiting licensure (with a maximum of 90 days in the role)
• Basic computer literacy
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire
