Job Summary Provides technical assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse to a specific patient group, aiming to achieve quality outcomes. Facilitates communication with staff, patients, and guests, and performs additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Assesses patients under RN guidance.Contributes to and implements the plan of care with RN oversight.Evaluates patient progress and adjusts care as needed.Supports nursing staff with patient care and assistance.Participates in activities to enhance healthcare delivery.Builds clinical leadership knowledge and engages in ongoing education.Completes assigned goals effectively. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of a registered nursing program, pending licensure; up to 90 days in Nurse Intern II role post-graduation.Basic computer literacy required; advanced skills preferred.BLS certification required within 14 days of hire; additional certifications preferred.
