Intern - Marketing - Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with the marketing team to execute various campaigns and provide analytics support
• Work with the marketing team and stakeholders to define insights and reporting requirements
• Build and maintain reports, charts, and graphs using platforms like Tableau and Excel/PPT
• Analyze and interpret marketing campaign trends and processes to provide actionable insights
• Research, troubleshoot, and optimize marketing data and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Tableau, etc.
• Build and maintain tracking for marketing initiatives (Tagged links, QR codes, etc.)
• Deliver ad hoc reports and analysis as needed
• Research and help troubleshoot data access/connectivity issues

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a college degree in business, mathematics, statistics, data science, or a related field with at least one year of school remaining
• Year-round availability to work from our Fort Wayne Headquarters: 15-20 hours during the school year and 40 hours/week during the summer
• Solid research, analytical, and statistical skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience working in Excel or similar spreadsheet applications
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to understand complex data models
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, Power BI, R, and/or SQL is a plus
• Superior written and oral communication skills with the ability to present technical results to non-technical audiences
• Strong project management skills
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Prioritize in a dynamic work environment
• Desire to become fluent with MedPro Group’s CRM, reporting, and dashboard systems

Qualifications

Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.
