About the Internship

Our summer internship program runs from mid-May through the first week of August and is a fully in-person experience, working Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Interns are integrated into active project teams and work directly under the supervision of an Assistant Project Manager (APM) or Project Manager (PM), alongside Engineers in Training (EITs). Throughout the summer, interns participate in structured learning and development opportunities designed to provide broad exposure to the firm and its services, including lunch-and-learn sessions across multiple disciplines (such as Land Development, Transportation, Public Works), job site visits, volunteer opportunities, and a formal mentorship program. At the conclusion of the program, interns deliver a final presentation highlighting their experience, key learnings, and contributions.
