About the role
As a Branch Intern, you play a key role in the client experience at a Fidelity Investor Center. Working alongside expert financial professionals, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with a broad range of investment products and services, and gain valuable exposure to personal investing and financial planning. You will collaborate with team members to address business challenges, identify opportunities for process improvements, and bring fresh perspectives that help enhance both client and business outcomes. The Branch Intern will join a collaborative, customer-focused team dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their long-term financial goals. The Investor Center team partners closely to deliver personalized guidance, exceptional service, and innovative financial solutions to clients at every stage of their financial journey. Interns are fully integrated into the team and encouraged to contribute ideas, ask questions, and take an active role in supporting branch initiatives.
