About the role

As a Branch Intern you will play a key role in the client experience at a Fidelity Investor Center. Working alongside expert financial professionals, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with a broad range of investment products and services, and gain valuable exposure to personal investing and financial planning. The internship includes significant work assignments designed to strengthen your knowledge of the financial services industry while developing critical business, communication, and relationship‑building skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to address business challenges and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Support daily branch operations and assist clients with investment products and services.
• Participate in business‑critical initiatives as part of Fidelity’s FIDTERN program.
• Engage in professional development programs, networking events, and learning opportunities.
• Contribute ideas, ask questions, and take an active role in supporting branch initiatives.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in junior year of college.
• Interest in investing and wealth management.
• Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or banking.
• Leadership experience and involvement in student organizations.
• Professional demeanor and collaborative problem‑solving skills.
• Basic understanding of current market, economy, and economic trends.
• Ability to promote customer loyalty while providing outstanding customer experience.

Schedule

This is a 10‑week, full‑time summer internship running annually from June 7 2027 to August 13 2027.

Location

The position is based on‑site at the Investor Center location.
