Intern - Instrument Technician (Possum Point Power Station)
About the role
Dominion Energy's Bear Garden Power Station in New Canton, VA is seeking a motivated Instrument Technician Intern to gain hands-on experience supporting power station operations and maintenance activities. Working alongside experienced technicians, the intern will assist with the inspection, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation used to monitor and control plant equipment. The intern will support preventative maintenance activities, collect and analyze data, participate in equipment inspections, and assist with projects related to instrumentation and control systems. This position provides valuable exposure to power generation equipment, plant operations, and industrial maintenance practices while developing technical and professional skills in a safe and team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
