Intern, Industrial Design

About the role

Bould Design is seeking an exceptional industrial design intern to join their award-winning studio. The position offers hands-on experience across all phases of the design process, from concept development to production.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to early concept development and design iterations
• Develop detailed sketches and visualizations
• Collaborate with clients and team members to refine designs
• Work closely with engineers and manufacturers to ensure manufacturability
• Assist in creating presentations and documentation for clients

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design or a related field
• Strong sketching, visualization, and form development skills
• Good aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, KeyShot, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Interest in product development, manufacturing, and design processes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively
