Job Summary

The candidate will provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed and will effectively communicate with all levels of the employee population as a representative of the department. This internship is an opportunity to grow and learn about a midsize corporation, and job responsibilities can be expanded to allow for some exploration in areas of interest to the intern.

Job Description

  • Supports the daily hotel operations
  • Gains hands-on experience across multiple departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales, and Maintenance
  • Daily tasks may include guest service, check-ins, check-outs, and reservation, event preparation, and operational support
  • Works collaboratively with all departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience
