Intern: Fleet Sales Support
About the Role
EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Fleet Team at our Home Office in Columbia, MO.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound email requests, and answer complex questions, in a timely fashion
- Support the full lifecycle of the sales process, from inbound requests to invoicing
- Work closely with partner teams, such as fleet operations, procurement, and marketing, as well as other stakeholders to ensure equipment sales and projects are on track
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams to understand and anticipate their needs
- Manage strong relationships with customers and serve as a knowledgeable resource to support equipment sales
- Maintain high levels of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Drive operational improvements and process improvement
- Identify marketplaces and ways to improve online conversion of sales

Requirements
- Must be actively working towards a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Economics, Math, Finance, Business, or related field (strongly recommended)
- Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- High attention to detail including math/financial acumen and a basic understanding of Economics: Demand, Supply, and profitability
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets
- Strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude
- Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to speak on behalf of leadership
- Experience developing presentations to management
- Strong ability to adapt and be flexible within the scope of a given project as vision, priorities, and timelines shift
- Experience with handling multiple priorities
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing and motivating teams with no direct authority over them
