Learn the various types of equipment that United Rentals rents and their applications. Gain hands-on experience with both manual and maintenance tasks to support the branch operation, and assist seasoned mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Learn the various types of equipment that United Rentals rents and their applications.
• Gain hands-on experience with both manual and maintenance tasks to support the branch operation.
• Assist seasoned mechanics.
• Provide labor assistance.
• Improve and challenge yourself every day.
• Have the potential to work towards service technician roles in our Service Department upon receipt of degree and/or certification.

Requirements

• Pursuing technical degree or certification in a relevant field.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with foundational knowledge of tools and equipment.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive and sense of urgency.
• Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in or receiving certification from a Technical school or program.
• Desired background includes automotive, diesel, or any other mechanical field.

Pay

Compensation Range: $19.15 - $27.55
