Intern - Customer Credit Services

About the role

The Customer Credit Services Intern will support process improvement, operational analysis, and customer service initiatives within the Credit Services organization. This role provides hands-on experience analyzing business processes, identifying operational efficiencies, and assisting with customer account-related research and resolution activities. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects that enhance the customer experience, strengthen compliance, and improve overall business performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support process documentation and workflow enhancements.
• Conduct research on customer account issues, including medical certifications, identity verification, and billing disputes.
• Assist with reporting, data analysis, and special projects.
• Support customer affordability, collections, and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Works independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrates initiative, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Management, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related business field
• Must have a GPA of 3.0 or above
• Must have a graduation date of 2028 or 2029

Pay

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $25.00 – $27.00 per hour; the actual rate may vary based on factors such as degree type, academic major, and school classification (e.g., sophomore, junior, senior).
