About the Role

The Corporate Partnership Intern will assist the Corporate Partnerships team (including the Director, Sales Team, and Activation Team) in the execution and activation of all Corporate Partnership accounts. This role includes weekly office hours and hands-on support during games and special events.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and implementation of activation for all 100+ corporate partnership accounts
• Assist in ensuring coordination and delivery of all contracted assets for partner fulfillment
• Work hand-in-hand with Partnership sales staff in developing client marketing/sponsorship strategies along with sales implementations
• Help the development and production of year-round sponsorship proposals, presentations, and contracts for the department
• Assist in the execution of capturing gameday photos, maintaining an accurate image library for monthly and end-of-year Proof-of-Performance reports/recaps, to ensure partnership contract fulfillments are met
• Complete ad hoc projects from Club Leadership
• Assist with all partner-related setup for games, and be liaison for on-site partner activations
• Oversee all trade partnership agreements
• Other duties as assigned
