About the role

The Contracts Management Specialist supports the full contract lifecycle for complex, multi-year Government, Commercial, and International programs. This role is responsible for assisting with proposal development, contract administration, and overall business processes in accordance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable government regulations. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, business judgment, and the ability to support program teams with strategic contract guidance and risk-based solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the proposal, administration, and general business process for contract management support to complex, multi-year, Government, Commercial, and International programs, in accordance with Company policies, government regulations and customer requirements
  • Process contract funding into PeopleSoft and maintain program performance metrics
  • Provide contract management support to internal program teams, offering a strategic viewpoint, assisting in solving complex problems, and providing creative solutions
  • Analyze, assess and provide mitigation tactics for business and contractual risk
  • Prepare, negotiate, review, and execute contracts detailing prices, terms and special provisions
  • Identify applicable subcontract flow-down clauses and risk assessments
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, corporate policies and best practices
  • Participate in special assignments if/as available

Requirements

To be eligible, candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Government Contracting or Procurement, Finance, Management, Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Pay

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C. area, Denver, or NYC areas is $21.00/hour - $41.50/hour. Final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.

Schedule

9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off.
