About the role
The role involves coordinating the summer challenge program at the 2026 Girl Scout camp, overseeing activities, managing logistics, and ensuring participant safety.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure all activities align with the camp’s educational goals.
- Manage logistical aspects including transportation, accommodation, and equipment needs.
- Ensure participant safety protocols are strictly adhered to.
- Collaborate with other camp staff to enhance overall camp programming.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as education, psychology, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in youth development or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children and adolescents.
- Knowledge of Girl Scout programs and policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
