About the role

The role involves planning and executing summer camp programs for Girl Scouts, focusing on leadership development and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement summer camp programs that enhance leadership skills and foster community involvement among Girl Scouts.
  • Collaborate with other camp staff to ensure a safe and engaging environment for participants.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of volunteer counselors.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make adjustments based on participant feedback and performance data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience working with youth in a camp setting or similar environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of Girl Scout programming and values.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
