Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with activities designed to improve the lives of Winn residents in six key outcome areas: housing, health, education, employment, and economic mobility.
- Aid in special projects supporting the department, aligned with the intern's professional learning goals.
- Offer additional support to the assigned property or property management leadership as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with task supervisor and placement supervisor for continuity and quality of work.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in high school or college program.
- Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Interest in affordable housing, social services, and / or community building.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities.
- Willingness to learn new concepts and software.

Pay and Schedule
The pay for this role is $17.00 per hour. This is a part-time position, which is not eligible for Winn benefits and will work 24 hours per week. The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Thursday from 9:00AM to 1:00PM and Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM.
