Summer Internship: Brand & Customer Experience

REPORTS TO: Chief Marketing Officer
LOCATION: Remote Position

• Summary: This is not a ‘coffee run’ internship. This is the kind of experience that builds a meaningful portfolio — an opportunity to support the rollout of a national brand initiative at scale while working alongside leadership across marketing, operations, and customer experience.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with customer communication initiatives across email, text, and digital channels
• Helping organize and coordinate marketing and brand assets for field teams
• Reviewing customer feedback, surveys, and online reviews to identify trends and insights
• Social and digital communications
• Operational rollout support
• Field marketing coordination
• Customer engagement initiatives

• Qualifications:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn
• Interest in marketing, branding, customer experience, communications, or business
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects happening simultaneously
• Creative thinker with attention to detail
• Familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, or content creation is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; current college student or recent graduate preferred

Internship Details

• Paid Internship starting at $17/hour based on Experience, Skills and Region
• Weekly pay
• Part-Time or Full-Time Opportunities Available
• Summer 2026 Internship Program, May through August 2026
