Summer Internship Overview
The Hanover’s Internship Program offers college students the chance to work on diverse business tasks, enhance their skills, align their interests with potential jobs, and gain valuable career insights.
Responsibilities
- Take on meaningful projects and collaborate with top industry talent
- Be supported and mentored by a community of exceptional professionals
- Participate in a cross-functional team-building project focusing on corporate philanthropy
- Attend weekly development workshops with fellow interns
- Engage in social activities with other interns
- Work closely with customers, external partners, and internal departments
- Create and present a final presentation to management and leadership members
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or advanced degree program
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
- Ability to commit to a full-time 10-week internship program
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
- Marketing, sales, or customer service background preferred
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Initiative, creativity, and analytical skills
- Critical thinking and solution anticipation
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with data collection and analysis
- Effective communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of business tools and processes

Pay
The target hiring range for this role may vary based on geographic location and other factors, including merit or performance, demonstrated proficiency, skills for the role, education, travel requirements, and experience. Additional compensation may include an annual bonus (which could take the form of a general bonus, sales incentive, or short-term incentive), long-term incentive or spot recognition awards.
Schedule
This is a 10-week summer program running from June to mid-August.
