What You Will Do

• Assist technicians with equipment repair and maintenance.
• Support the parts department and showroom.
• Help keep the action moving through facility, yard, and equipment upkeep.
• Learn from experienced professionals through training, team meetings, and real-world work experiences.
• Build skills for your future while working safely, serving customers, and contributing to a great team.

What You Will Need

• Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 16 years old.
• Reliability: Maintain acceptable attendance while balancing school and work commitments.
• Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service mindset: Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
