Primary Responsibilities
- Performs assignments to carry out construction engineering tasks.
- Assists Project Management, Superintendents, Estimators, and Office Staff in all areas of Construction administrative related duties.
- Aids in documentation related to daily activities and all construction related documents and not limited to RFI’s, Submittals, and Contract Change orders.
- Creates and maintains centralized files for project records (including digital).
- Attends and takes minutes for the development team as requested.
- Supports and enforces Quality and Safety plans and procedures, assures conformance to company guidelines and practices.
- Contacts and coordinates with Suppliers and Subcontractors.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education And/or Experience
- Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Business Management or Civil Engineering program, and or has bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Intern experience/coursework in construction projects high volume environment.
- Experience with Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Microsoft Project.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms.
- Frequently required to stand, walk and talk or hear.
- Sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and smell.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
