The posted compensation range

The posted compensation range of $16.00 - $23.63 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong analytical reasoning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, and team-building skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to new situations
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or graduate of Bachelor’s Degree program within the past 9 months OR Pursuing a Master’s Degree or graduate of a Master’s Program within the past 9 months OR Pursuing a Juris Doctorate (preferred)
