Carrier Enterprise (CE) is a premier national distributor specializing in residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts, and supplies. We operate primarily in the B2B environment, selling our products through licensed HVAC dealers and contractors. These dealers are independent companies that sell, deliver, and service Carrier, Bryant & Payne products to residents and businesses in their respective markets. With over 200+ locations across 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico, and Canada, we are well-positioned to meet our customers' HVAC/R needs. Internship Program

The Intern Program is designed for entry-level qualified candidates who are eager to learn and grow with an organization that puts its People First. Interns will spend approximately three (3) months developing skills needed to be successful across multiple aspects of the organization. This program provides a cross-functional hands-on learning experience via guided segments through, but not limited to, the following: Orientation to Carrier Enterprise’s mission, vision, values and cultureProduct and sales knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategiesResidential/Commercial SalesWholesale/Branch sales functionsDistribution/Warehouse functionsCreating a great customer experience

Key Requirements

• Candidates must be a current student striving towards a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution with a major in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering or a related field of study
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• You must be creative, self-motivated, tenacious, ambitious and enthusiastic
• Ability to work in changing environments and see-through complexity
• Strong interest in and desire to learn any of the following is a plus: customer service, distribution operations, supply chain operations, store operations, commercial engineering
• Prior internship experience in any of the above is a plus
