Intern Analyst/Co-Op (Summer 2027 Internship)

About the Role

A student at Connors Group participates in client consulting projects as an Analyst while learning the role of a consultant. Responsibilities

• Successfully complete data collection activities for various types of studies across multiple industries.
• Professionally communicate with all levels of employees at client sites and within the project team.
• Manage your own time, report task progress to the project lead, and work productively during assigned observation durations at client sites.
• Travel extensively (80-100%), sometimes independently, throughout the U.S.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Ability to travel extensively (80-100%), sometimes independently, throughout the U.S.
• Strong work ethic and capability to work independently.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and solve problems.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Minimum 3.0 GPA in Industrial Engineering courses.
• Active driver’s license and access to reliable auto transportation and a major U.S. airport.

Working Conditions

• Work in challenging, non-standard environments, including:
  • Time of day: Evenings (5 PM – 10 PM), overnight shifts (10 PM – 6 AM).
  • Day of week: Weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
  • Strenuous activity: Continuous walking and standing throughout the shift.
  • Environmental: Client sites with abnormal temperatures (above 70°, between 37° and 50°, or below 32°).
