Responsibilities
- Support customer-facing teams in managing day-to-day account activities
- Help analyze supply chain performance, pricing, and operational data
- Assist with shipment execution and identify opportunities to improve service and efficiency
- Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, pricing, sales, and capacity management
- Leverage technology and data insights to solve business challenges and improve outcomes
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational performance
