Intermittent Interpreter - Tagalog
Summary
Intermittent Interpreters provide interpreting services during court proceedings and may assist in customer service settings. They are court employees scheduled on an as-needed basis, with no set work schedule. Eligible for Social Security and Workers' Compensation coverage. Salary rate is $47.20 per hour with a four-hour minimum guarantee.
Minimum Qualifications
Possess a valid and current certification as a "Certified Court Interpreter" in Tagalog, as issued by the Judicial Council of California. Applicants without certification will not be considered. For more information, visit the Court Interpreters Program website.
