  • Technical Direction: Provide technical guidance for solutions within our services. Identify potential obstacles in team plans, define contingency plans, and solve complex problems with minimal supervision.
  • Mentorship & Collaboration: Supervise and guide more junior team members, conducting code reviews and refactoring at the functional level. Foster a testing mindset and ensure the team follows security and coding best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Propose and lead "chapter" initiatives to achieve business goals. Leverage deep technical understanding to influence future tech stacks and seek new ways to improve the tribe’s productivity.
  • Agile Advocacy: Actively participate in our SAFe process, guiding others in agile development concepts and leading the adoption of change and continual improvement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record in both Front End (Vue.js, TypeScript) and Back End (.NET / C#) environments.
  • Frontend Depth: Experience in building SPA and Micro-frontend solutions from the ground up, using modern HTML/CSS (SASS).
  • Backend & API: Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework, and maintaining both microservices and monolithic architectures.
  • Cloud & DevOps: Recent experience with AWS (or other major cloud providers). Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) and containerization with Docker.
  • Quality: Strong commitment to software reliability through Unit, Component, and Functional testing.
  • Design & UX: Practical knowledge of Responsive Design, Accessibility standards, and working with Design Systems.
  • Communication: Strong technical communication skills in English (written and spoken), with the ability to lead and share concepts with various audiences.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying technical challenges, proposing effective solutions, and championing team spirit.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Skills

  • Advanced Testing: Deep expertise in automated functional tests using Python, combined with a broad understanding of testing methodologies (functional & non-functional). ISTQB certification or demonstrable knowledge of ISTQB best practices is a strong asset.
  • Legacy & Desktop Tech: Experience with WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) and an understanding of ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Web Pages.
  • Aviation Domain: Understanding of airline operations, flight planning, or air navigation principles. A genuine passion for the aviation industry is a huge plus.
  • Process & Methodology: Practical knowledge of agile development concepts and experience working within the SAFe process.
