Intermediate Residential Architect

About the role

The firm is one of the top AD100 luxury design firms seeking an intermediate architect to join their residential practice. The role involves working on luxury residential developments, bespoke custom homes, and high-end customized environments such as mansions in the Hamptons, yachts and private jets.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to concept design through construction documents
• Perform technical detailing
• Utilize 3D modeling and rendering skills (preferred)
• Execute custom design
• Show advanced proficiency in AutoCAD

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of experience working on all phases of design for high-end residential projects, particularly custom single-family homes for ultra-high-net-worth private clients

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience with 3D modeling and rendering (preferred)
• Strong understanding of luxury residential design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
