Intermediate Football Coach

About the role

A qualified individual will coach the team in accordance with the school's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive football program that promotes athletic development and teamwork.
  • Manage team practices and games, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and rules.
  • Work closely with other coaches and staff to coordinate team activities and events.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in physical education or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of coaching experience at the high school level.
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR.
  • Experience with youth sports management.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

  • Knowledge of current football strategies and techniques.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire players.
  • Proficiency in using technology for coaching purposes.

Pay

$1000.00 per week

Schedule

Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend commitments.
