Intermediate Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN Day Shift

About the role

Join a supportive and collaborative nursing team in an acute care telemetry unit, providing exceptional patient-centered care. This role is open to both new graduate and experienced Registered Nurses with an emphasis on delivering quality care, patient safety, and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients/families.
• Educating patients and families on managing illnesses, medications, and post-treatment needs.
• Promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance through active participation in related activities.
• Using critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree and RN licensure required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with at least 2 years of experience for advanced roles.
• Open to ADN, BSN, and MSN candidates.
