About the role
Obermeier-Sheykhet Architecture, Inc. is a design-oriented, award-winning firm seeking an Intermediate Architectural Designer/Production Captain.
Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts and prepare presentation materials.
- Produce comprehensive construction documents.
- Cookinate seamlessly with engineering consultants.
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to project proposals.
- Utilize Revit (essential), AutoCAD, Twinmotion, and Bluebeam for design and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 5+ years of architectural firm experience is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Solid understanding of building codes and construction practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to excel independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Experience in commercial, multi-family, and hospitality project types is a plus.
- Licensure or working towards licensure is a plus.
