Intermediate Architect (Advanced Revit User)
About the role
O'Neil Langan Architects is seeking an architectural designer/project manager with 5-8 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about retail design and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Participate in project development from schematic design to construction
- Closely collaborate with senior staff and principals on each new project
- Receive mentorship from experienced architects to refine skills
- Work with high-end retail brands domestically and internationally
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- At least 5-8 years of experience in architecture or design firms
- Must have strong experience with Construction Documents in Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Studio Max & Vray, or Rhino & Vray
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage fast-paced projects and meet deadlines
- Proven experience in architectural project management
Qualifications
This role requires high proficiency in Revit. Extensive experience with both construction documents and family creation in Revit is expected.

Pay
The starting salary for this role will range between $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and skill set.
Schedule
This is an in-office role based in New York City or the immediate region. Candidates must be able to work in-office at our Manhattan headquarters.
