Interiors Project Manager - Commercial Construction
About the role
Manage subcontractor agreements, contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation.
Coordinate project schedules, critical path items, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects on track.
Oversee project budgets, billing, change orders, and monthly financial updates with the AP/AR Manager.
Review plans, specifications, permits, inspections, and project requirements with field teams to ensure successful execution.
Lead project communication through site meetings, progress meetings, agendas, and meeting minutes.
Monitor project performance, including schedules, budgets, testing, inspections, and compliance requirements.
Manage project closeout activities, including punch lists, final billing, O&M manuals, inspections, and occupancy approvals.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with diverse TI construction experience
- Commercial, Education, Retail, or Healthcare project experience
- Strong foundation in budgeting, schedule development, procurement, and contract administration
- Ability to build trust quickly with clients, trade partners, field staff, and design teams
- Proficient with industry software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
- Highly organized, solutions-oriented, and comfortable leading fast-moving teams
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
