Interior Trim Installer

About the role

The Interior Trim Installer is responsible for installing and repairing various interior trim components in vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair dashboard panels, door panels, and other interior trim pieces.
• Work with automotive technicians to ensure all trim work meets safety and quality standards.
• Use specialized tools and equipment to perform precise measurements and cuts.
• Follow detailed blueprints and manufacturer specifications to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in automotive repair or related field.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Pass a background check.

Skills

• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Experience with automotive adhesives and sealants.
• Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and customers.

Pay
