Interior Trim Carpenter

About the role

The Interior Trim Carpenter is responsible for installing and finishing interior trim work in residential and commercial buildings. This includes but is not limited to baseboards, crown molding, and door casings.

Responsibilities

• Install and finish interior trim work such as baseboards, crown molding, and door casings.
• Work closely with architects, designers, and other tradespeople to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and is completed safely.
• Operate various hand and power tools as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in carpentry or related field.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel within the Phoenix area as needed.

Skills

• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Good communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
