Interior Trainee (Weekend Day Shift)

Position Purpose: Under close supervision performs basic functions related to aircraft interior processes. Executes assigned work orders in accordance with design, customer and GAC specifications ensuring that work performed reflects high quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Performs shop technical functions within design, customer, FAA, and GAC specifications.
- Interior work must be completed in compliance with blueprints and standard quality specifications.
- All assignments are to be accomplished within budgeted hours and material costs.
- Required paperwork must be completed by the established departmental guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Entry level.
- Completion of Technical Certificate in Interior preferred.
- Successful completion in current year youth apprenticeship program sponsored by Gulfstream, in area of expertise (alternative to certificate).
- Previous interior experience is a plus.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
