Interior/ Punch List Superintendent - Miami, FL

Description

Manage and oversee all punch list activities during the final stages of construction.

Conduct thorough site inspections to identify and document incomplete or deficient work.

Cookordinate and schedule subcontractors to complete punch list items efficiently and on time.

Track punch list progress, maintain detailed reports, and communicate status updates to project stakeholders.

Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Owners, Architects, and Consultants to ensure all project requirements are satisfied.

Verify quality, workmanship, and compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.

Lead final walkthroughs with clients and design teams.

Assist with project closeout documentation, warranties, as-builts, and turnover packages.

Ensure projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Proactively identify and resolve issues to facilitate a smooth project closeout process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, preferably in a Superintendent or Punch List role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, finishes, and quality control standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
