Interior Superintendent

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all interior construction activities from layout, framing, drywall, MEP rough-in, finishes, and final punch.
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules to maintain project milestones.
• Cook up and manage coordination of all interior trades including drywall, framing, insulation, MEP, flooring, ceilings, millwork, painting, tile, cabinetry, and finish carpentry.
• Conduct daily site walks to monitor productivity, workmanship, and quality standards.
• Ensure subcontractors perform work safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
• Cook up and manage coordination with local authorities for inspections, testing, and approvals.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or quality.
• Manage Request for Information (RFIs), field coordination, and communication with the Project Manager and design team.
• Lead owner, architect, and subcontractor walkthroughs.
• Manage punch lists through final completion and turnover.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as an Interior Superintendent on multifamily or condominium projects.
• Experience delivering projects from interior layout through certificate of occupancy.
• Strong understanding of interior sequencing, finishes, and quality control.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Strong knowledge of South Florida building codes and inspection processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software is preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
