Key Responsibilities
- Lead all interior construction activities from layout, framing, drywall, MEP rough-in, finishes, and final punch.
- Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules to maintain project milestones.
- Cook up and manage coordination of all interior trades including drywall, framing, insulation, MEP, flooring, ceilings, millwork, painting, tile, cabinetry, and finish carpentry.
- Conduct daily site walks to monitor productivity, workmanship, and quality standards.
- Ensure subcontractors perform work safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
- Cook up and manage coordination with local authorities for inspections, testing, and approvals.
- Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or quality.
- Manage Request for Information (RFIs), field coordination, and communication with the Project Manager and design team.
- Lead owner, architect, and subcontractor walkthroughs.
- Manage punch lists through final completion and turnover.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as an Interior Superintendent on multifamily or condominium projects.
- Experience delivering projects from interior layout through certificate of occupancy.
- Strong understanding of interior sequencing, finishes, and quality control.
- Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Strong knowledge of South Florida building codes and inspection processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software is preferred.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
