Interior Maintenance Worker - Attitash Mountain Village

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and related tasks in units and general buildings
• Follow up to other departments on the status of repairs and completing the necessary paperwork
• Preventative maintenance
• Work in a clean professional manner
• Travel between buildings on and off property as necessary
• Basic carpentry and other building related skills
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Knowledge of general carpentry and repair
• Mechanical Aptitude
• Basic Construction/Building Skills
• Ability to lift and carry 50-pound loads
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Available weekdays and weekends (at least one weekend day)
