Interior Installer

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow the shelving template to cut material and pre-drill holes, and fasten closet shelves to the wall
  • Install shower door kits and custom shower doors
  • Measure and mount mirror(s) to the wall, ensuring they are level
  • Fasten and attach hardware to cabinets in bathrooms
  • Mount towel racks and toilet paper holders on the walls
  • Load/unload materials
  • Communicate directly with the customer/builder when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in using hand and power tools
  • Valid driver’s license to drive a company vehicle

Physical Demands

  • Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching
  • Regular lifting and carrying of materials and tools, sometimes weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Work in various positions to complete installations in tight or awkward spaces
  • Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and safe use of hand and power tools
  • Move through residential construction sites and complete final punch-out tasks
